The independently owned, 4 star London Bridge Hotel, which opened in Autumn '98, is in an ideal location on the edge of the City of London.

The hotel site has a heritage which dates back to Roman Britain when the area was already at the centre of links with Europe - both in commerce and communications. Significant archaeological findings unearthed during redevelopment are now with the Museum of London.
 
The present building was formerly a telephone exchange and its 1915 façade has been restored as a local landmark for the community.

The hotel has 138 air conditioned bedrooms with a range of facilities which make this an attractive choice for business as well as leisure guests.
All the rooms have satellite TV, voice mail telephone, mini-bar, tea and coffee making facilities, hairdryer, trouser press, safe (large enough to take a laptop computer), modem and fax port and secondary glazing in rooms which face onto the street. There are six rooms for the disabled, two non-smoking floors, an executive floor, deluxe rooms and executive kings and three suites.

The hotel provides five conference rooms for meetings or private dining for 8-100 people. All are available with the latest audio-visual equipment and ISDN lines for video conferencing.

The hotel dining room on the lower ground floor serves breakfast daily.

Curzon's state-of-the-art gymnasium is in an adjacent building with direct access from the hotel. Guests can use the club free of charge. Local companies and non residents can apply for membership.

The hotel's restaurant and bar, Simply Nico, has a contemporary and sophisticated atmosphere, offering a modern French menu inspired by the legendary master-chef Nico Ladenis. The restaurant is open daily to both hotel guests and non residents for lunch and dinner. Hitchcocks City Bar, with it's own entrance in London Bridge Street is a stylish venue for informal eating and drinking. It specialises in good value food and wines.
